Overview:

Samadhan Samiti is a pioneering social enterprise dedicated to educating, updating, and training budding entrepreneurs. By utilizing the latest technologies, schemes, processes, and business planning strategies, Samadhan Samiti fosters entrepreneurial growth through various modern training methodologies. From digital live classes to Agile methodology-oriented Learning Management Systems, the organization empowers individuals with the tools they need to succeed. Additionally, Samadhan Samiti collaborates with government, semi-government, and other institutions for training programs, incubation initiatives, software development, and allied activities.

  • We educate, update and train budding youth with latest technology, schemes, industrial processes and business planning to achieve our goals of nurturing successful entrepreneurs. We work with the help of professionals and industry experts to inculcate leadership quality in entrepreneurs for sustainable enterprise and exponential growth of business venture.

Mission:

To establish India as "Jagat Guru" by leveraging India's rich cultural and geographical diversity, traditional skills in the field of entrepreneurship development, by adopting technology-driven platforms.

Recognition:

  • National Council for Vocational Education and Training (NCVET): Samadhan Samiti is recognized by the NCVET, Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Government of India, as a Pan India Awarding Body.
  • Incubator-Ministry of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises: The Institute for Industrial Development, a unit of Samadhan Samiti, has been recognized by the Ministry of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises, Government of India, as a Pan India Livelihood Business Incubator (LBI) under the ASPIRE scheme. This recognition is conferred within the framework of a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) with the Ministry of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises, Government of India, aimed at fostering entrepreneurship and facilitating the growth of micro, small, and medium enterprises across the country.
  • Bureau of Communication: The organization is empanelled as a Production House and Media Agency with the Central Bureau of Communication, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India.
  • Registrar of Newspapers for India (RNI): Recognized by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Samadhan Samiti publishes "Samadhan Business," a magazine that provides valuable insights into entrepreneurship and business development.

Prominent Projects:

  1. Institute for Industrial Development (IID):
    IID is an incubator operated by Samadhan Samiti in public private partnership with the Ministry of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME), Government of India. IID offers a wide range of business incubation and entrepreneurship development services, ranging from End-to-End Manufacturing Business Solutions to Entrepreneurship Development Training. The institute supports entrepreneurs at every stage of their journey, from ideation to implementation. Till date we have established 5000+ Enterprises within this Project.
  2. Udyami Project:
    Udyami Platform is Designed, developed, managed, operated, and hosted by Samadhan Samiti for the Khadi and Village Industries Commission (KVIC), Udyami is an online entrepreneurship development platform. It supports individuals seeking industrial and business training under the Prime Minister's Employment Generation Programme (PMEGP). Udyami offers e-learning modules accessible through website and mobile applications, providing convenient training resources to enhance entrepreneurial skills. Till date we have trained more than 7,00,000+ aspiring entrepreneurs under this Project.
  3. CM Yuva Project:
    CM Yuva Platform is designed, developed, managed, operated, and hosted by Samadhan Samiti for the Department of MSME and Export Promotion, Government of Uttar Pradesh. Alongside the aforementioned online platform, we provide Business Ideation, Incubation, and Nurturing Services to aspiring entrepreneurs within the framework of “Mukhyamantri Yuva Udyami Vikas Abhiyan (CMYUVA)” under this project, thus facilitating a comprehensive framework for business model finalization, supplier connect, entrepreneurial training, bankable project report development, enterprise setup, business registrations, and support. The CM Yuva project aims to initiate more than 1,00,000 entrepreneurs every year within the state, targeting creation of 10 Lac entrepreneurs within next 10 years.
  4. Biz Consultancy Platform:
    Samadhan Samiti’s Biz Consultancy platform is designed to support aspiring entrepreneurs with personalized advice from industry experts across various domains. The platform offers seamless connections with professionals, access to machinery and equipment suppliers, immersive product videos, and a curated library of courses. With secure document organization and a focus on skill development, Biz Consultancy enables entrepreneurs to take control of their business journeys with confidence.
  5. Tata Play Har Ghar Startup:
    Operated in collaboration with FTC, this mass media platform is a TV channel tailored for budding entrepreneurs. Tata Play Har Ghar Startup features content ranging from industry knowledge and startup tutorials to government schemes and success stories. The platform offers actionable business ideas and real-life stories of entrepreneurs to inspire and guide its viewers.
  6. Entrepreneur India TV (YouTube Channel):
    Samadhan Samiti’s YouTube channel, Entrepreneur India TV, is one of the most active industrial documentary contributors on the platform. It offers insights into business processes, raw material requirements, manpower needs, and project costs, empowering entrepreneurs to make informed business decisions.
